WILD Kingston was a fantastic evening where we took a step into Kingston’s wilder side for a show that celebrated our natural world like never before. This inspirational event introduced local people to some of the fascinating creatures that also call Kingston home, opening their eyes to a world that surrounds them though is rarely seen.
Through a series of high energy, informative and fun talks, led by national experts and local conservationists, we brought to life and showcased local wildlife, celebrating the living world around us.
We also launched and premiered our short film ‘The Hogsmill’ narrated by the wonderful Griff Rhys Jones and filmed by local BBC wildlife cameraman, Tom Hooker, who has worked on several high profile wildlife productions such as Blue Planet 2.
This momentous event brought together the incredible communities and groups across Kingston and raised over £5,000 for local conservation & rewilding!
Thank you to all who joined us that evening, and we hope to see you again next year!
